Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service. No-call / no-shows will be charged 100% of the service.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your stylist will complete the service within the remaining scheduled time.
If additional time is needed, you may book an additional appointment based on availability
